The 3-day program will have keynote speakers from all over the world. Some of the notable ones that have confirmed their attendance are Javed Ali (India), Richard Allen (USA), Peter Dolman (Canada), Bita Esmaeli (USA), Naresh Joshi (United Kingdom) and Francesco Leoni (Italy). Speakers from the Asia Pacific region will also join the fray of a full-packed program with a wide coverage of clinical and research lectures in ophthalmic plastic, lacrimal, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Aside from the scientific nature of this meeting, a post congress trip to the beautiful island of Boracay is also on the works!
On behalf of the APSOPRS, PSOPRS and the PAO, I again invite you to Manila, not only for the meeting but also to learn and experience Philippine culture and hospitality. See you!
